Lumire, Luleå Miljöresurs AB, is a municipal company for water and sewage, waste management, recycling, and reuse. Lumire is owned by Luleå Municipality and we are 240 employees who ensure that all residents of Luleå have fresh and tasty drinking water from the tap and that waste and sewage are managed in a circular manner.

About the role

We are responsible for Luleå Municipality's water and sewage operations with responsibility for new construction, operation, and maintenance of water and sewage pipelines, water meters, sewage treatment plants, waterworks, and pumping stations.

As an operations technician in the Technical Unit, you will be responsible together with a colleague for the film bus. As an operations technician on the film bus, you will manage the filming and inspections of our water and sewage pipelines, document these films, assess the condition of water and sewage pipelines for further action, investigations on water and sewage pipelines, leak detection, etc.

Together with your colleagues, you are the department's face to the public as you carry out your daily work among the residents and visitors of Luleå Municipality. You are a good ambassador, and we have high expectations of your service mindset and flexibility in meeting others.

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education, preferably with a technical focus. As a person, you are calm, meticulous, organized, and feel responsible and committed to your work and set goals. You are proactive and have an easy time creating and maintaining good relationships, both with colleagues and external actors.

- A good ability to structure and plan your work and are solution-focused

- Good collaboration skills

- Good communication skills

- Basic IT knowledge

- A C driver's license is a requirement

Information

Employment form, working hours: Permanent, probationary employment applies, full-time. After a training period, standby duty is included approximately every 9 weeks.

Salary conditions: According to agreement

You will work in a safety-classified operation which requires that you undergo a security check, class 3, before employment.
